[AC] Additional Authentication Server Downtime

The Authentication servers will be down for a short time before 8am EST. They will also be down between 11am EST and 1PM EST. Both of these dowtimes are for us to continue the maintenance process on our billing system. During these times players will not be able to login to the game. Players already in the game should not be affected.
