[AC] Future of AC

Every few months when the “next” AC killer comes out, there is a small portion of players who begin to worry about the future of the game and what we are going to do about it. Well, we are going to do the same thing we have done for nearly 7 years now, which is continue to work on one of the best games out there, period. Our focus is on the players we have and getting new players, and not on what the next big thing is.

If I recall there have been several games that have come out that were supposed to kill AC, yet here we still are after nearly 7 years still going strong. The team is growing, game sales are still doing very well, and we have some great content and features coming down the road.

So in short, we will continue doing what we have always done; provide new and exciting content and features while at the same time making sure we do not fall into the mold of the all too common cookie cutter MMO that has become so prevalent these days. We have been here this long for a reason, and that reason is not only having the greatest player base of any game out there, but also having some of the best developers in the business. We are looking forward to the future and will continue to do so.
