* We are investigating reports of lost items from the dungeon of the mansion at 47.1S, 79.4E on all worlds.

* The Quintessence Sickle should have a 325 wield req, not a 325 activation req. This should be fixed in the February event.

* The Sleek Dress may not look correct when dyed. This should be fixed in the February event.

* If you receive a message over allegiance chat before you are finished logging in, it and further messages may appear in green text. This should be fixed in the February event.

* Removing characters from house guest and storage lists is case-sensitive. If you are having trouble removing characters from these lists, make sure you are typing in the name exactly as shown. Adding characters to guest and storage lists works normally. We would like to have this fixed for February.

* The Nefane Listris is dropping it's shell on every kill, this is not by design and should be fixed in February.

* Dolls found on the Singularity Caul are casting level 1 Life Vulnerabilities. They should be casting higher level spells in February.

* Characters on your squelched list are not being squelched in allegiance chat, this will be fixed in the February update.

Tusker Dungeon Update
Over the past day or so, many players have reported issues with server performance in several of the dungeons on Aphus Lassel. After investigating these reports, we believe that we have found the cause of these issues. In short, some rogue tuskers in these dungeons are placing badly, causing the server to get stuck in a loop. Unfortunately, fixing the problem may take some little time, so in the meantime we will be eliminating the creatures in the affected dungeons in order to improve performance for the rest of the server. We apologize for any inconvenience this temporary condition might cause. We will do out utmost to restore these dungeons to their natural state as quickly as possible

Stamps
The Stamp interaction with the Nefane Shield and the Shield of Power is not functioning as intended. We hope to have this bug resolved for the March event.

Black holes and invisible people
We are still working on the issues that have been causing massive lag and other server issues since this weekend.

Here's what you can do to help:

Have you experienced either of the following since the patch?

* Being in a dungeon and suddenly running into an spot where your 3D area went completely black

* Players being invisible and not able to interact with monsters

If so please reply in this thread with the details and most specifically, EXACTLY WHEN this occured.

Olthoi Arcade
We currently believe the Olthoi Arcade issue to be related to the tusker issue, but we are still investigating.

Tusker Issue Update
Currently the following dungeons have been changed due to this issue:

Tusker Holding
Tusker Tunnels

This list will be updated as necessary.

----------

As per this announcement we are restarting Morningthaw to add greater logging to provide more information on this issue.

----------

OK, Morningthaw is back up but we haven't seen a reoccurance of the issues that we're trying to log and diagnose.

SO, we've turned the Tuskers back on, and we're hoping you can go hunt them for a while. Basically we WANT the high lag to reoccur, at least for a little bit, so that the issue gets logged.

Again, this is just on Morningthaw.

----------

We've gotten some good logs from MT, they should definitely help us diagnose this issue.

----------

We're going to have to shut down the Aerlinthe quest on MT unfortunately
