You now have a unique opportunity to name a town in Dereth! This is the same town players are helping the Alliance of Aun Tumeroks, Linvak Lugians and Derethians loyal to the Queen build.

Put your mark on Dereth! Post your suggestion for the name, and if it stands up against Developer-induced mocking or rabid fan ridicule, your town name may be used for the new alliance stronghold.

You will vote on the five best names (as determined by our super-elite panel of monkey judges) via polling on both the Crossroads of Dereth (http://ac.warcry.com) and AC Vault (http://acvault.ign.com/) fansites.

June 19th: June Event - "Heart of Woe" opens. Begin submitting town name
ideas on this thread! (Put your suggestion in the title, please.)

June 26th: Last day of town name submissions! (Names posted after midnight EDT will not be considered.)

June 27th: We choose the top five suggestions and the following Asheron's Call fan sites run polls featuring the five names for players to vote on:

July 5th: Polls close and the tallies are reviewed by the ACLive Team.

July 12th: The player-submitted, player-chosen town name is announced at the ACPL 2003 in Boston, MA!

July ??th: The new town name makes its first appearance in Dereth with the July update!
