I'm posting this here so I can refer people in-game to the link to save myself from having to explain it over and over when new people show up. So, with that said, here's a basic overview of the Graveyard Arena and how to come out alive.
1.) Meet at the edge of the graveyard nearest the building with the stone margul statues during the day (safer).
2.) Person with the key runs first, uses it on the appropiate statue, and a portal appears inside the building structure. Everyone goes inside.
3.) Spawns will not begin until the person who used the key speaks with the NPC to initiate the battle. The best formation is against the far wall (away from the chest) and in a corner. That way, melees can somewhat block the Pyre Skeletons from meleeing the mages and archers to death. I suggest archers and mages bringing a decent baned shield in case they get too low on health to heal (Will give you time to eat some rations or chug some elixirs while minimizing the fire damage from the skeleton's melee assault).
4.) You'll be met with spawn after spawn of graveyard creatures. Skeletons are most vulnerable to bludgeon, so archers bring your deadly blunts and composite bows. AR fire works decent as well for non archers. Wights are weakest to AR fire undead slayer and should be targeted in this order (Wight Blade Sorcerer - Wight Captain - Wight) to eliminate wars flying from all directions.
5.) When the final spawn is reached, you will see the final boss standing among them.
a.) DO NOT ATTACK THE FINAL BOSS. When you do, it triggers all of the Fire Pillars to spawn, which can kill in single hits when you're vulned. The trick is to kill off his entire spawn and leave him be - even if he's attacking you.
b.) The only things capable of fire vulning you are the spawns which protect the boss. The boss can not and the fire pillars can not. So the minute your battle with the boss begins, dispell your vulns ASAP (Or bring a fire pro rare).
c.) As the fire pillars spawn, focus on killing them before all else. They die in a couple hits anyway and really are annoying if left alive with their multi strike wars.
d.) The boss is just like a giant Pyre Champion and can be taken down like any other skeleton - pacify his sword, lure his shield, imp/vuln and comp bow him to death with bludgeon arrows or AR fire.
e.) Once the boss is dead, speak to the ghostly NPC that spawns in the middle of the arena quickly. He won't stick around forever, so make sure you're paying attention.
Sidenote: If you happen to die during the quest, you can not return to the fight. Even if you have another key, you will receive a message similar to "There is currently a group inside, thus your key will not work". So make sure you follow these instructions carefully to avoid that whole nasty dying thing.
