Today's connectivity issues

So, this morning when there were AC1 lobby and Zone connectivity issues, our first fear was that this was related to the overnight MSN Zone upgrade. We immediately got in touch with MS and started talking to them about the issue and possible fixes.

We started looking at the network problems and at around 1PM PST / 4PM EST we believe we resolved the issue. We're still keeping an eye on it for any more flare-ups, but we think it's all set.

On behalf of Microsoft and Turbine, I want to apologize for the extended downtime. As far as we can tell, it was just bad luck that this happened right on top of the overnight MSN Zone Upgrade. Thanks again for being patient with us.
